Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "98pak" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 98pak online gaming platform operated at 98pak.bio, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 98pak platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on 98pak, which provides access to all platform services.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, arcade games, virtual sports, promotional offers, payment services, and support functions provided by 98pak.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of the 98pak platform.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission, which are mandatory for withdrawals on 98pak.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit credit allocated to a Player's account under an active 98pak promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on qualifying games before they may be withdrawn as real PKR funds.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — refers to deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available within every 98pak account.

By accessing the 98pak platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 98pak Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms communicated to you at the relevant time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 98pak platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use 98pak Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 21 or older throughout your use of the platform.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Creating an Account for another person or allowing another person to use your Account is prohibited.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 98pak or any affiliated platform.
4. You must be of sound mind and not using the platform while under the influence of substances that materially impair your judgment.
5. You acknowledge that gambling involves a real risk of financial loss and accept that responsibility personally.

98pak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account for which age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an Account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.

To access 98pak Services, you must register a single Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If you hold more than one 98pak Account — whether intentionally or otherwise — 98pak reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

When registering your 98pak Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 98pak immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account via the live chat support function.

98pak is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 98pak Account login, whether or not you authorised such activity.

98pak is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification typically requires the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of both sides of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• Proof of Identity (Self): A current selfie photograph holding your CNIC next to your face, taken in adequate lighting.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank transfer withdrawals, a screenshot or statement showing your account name and number. For JazzCash or EasyPaisa withdrawals, confirmation that the registered mobile number matches the account holder name.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 days of the request — may result in Account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.

All KYC documentation submitted to 98pak is handled in accordance with the 98pak Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.

98pak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on 98pak:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected.
• All funds deposited into your 98pak Account must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using a payment method registered to another person, or using proceeds from unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
• Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) typically reflect in your 98pak Account within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 5 minutes during banking hours.
• 98pak does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are subject to internal fraud screening. 98pak reserves the right to decline a deposit transaction if it triggers fraud detection protocols.

Withdrawals from your 98pak Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC may have withdrawals held pending document review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your 98pak Account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name on your KYC documentation. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 24 hours on business days.
• 98pak does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts. The full PKR amount you request for withdrawal is the amount credited to your payment method, subject to your provider's own policies.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Withdrawing real money funds that are mixed with active bonus balances may require bonus forfeiture in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated for each individual offer:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real PKR funds remaining after Wagering Requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal.
• 98pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, and to adjust, forfeit, or reclaim bonus funds where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is detected.
• The use of arbitrage strategies, accumulator abuse, or exploiting odds differences to circumvent Wagering Requirements constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account termination.

All bets placed and games played on 98pak are subject to these general gaming rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant game interface or betting market:

• A bet is considered placed and binding once it has been accepted by the 98pak system and a confirmation has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in the specific circumstances stated in the relevant sport or game rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system outage, or data feed failure that affects the accurate display of odds or game state, 98pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's Account.
• For cricket and sports betting markets, 98pak follows standard international rules for match abandonment, result reversal, and event postponement. Details are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by sport, market, game, and Account tier.
• 98pak is the final arbiter in all disputes regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, and the application of gaming rules. All decisions made by 98pak following a good-faith review of the relevant data and rules are final.
• Winnings from all 98pak games and betting markets are credited to your Account balance in PKR immediately upon outcome confirmation.

98pak is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98pak platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, and/or forfeiture of balances:

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 98pak games, place bets, or exploit any platform feature.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability in any 98pak game or system. Any such vulnerability must be reported immediately to 98pak support rather than exploited.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing of live game information, coordinating betting strategies to artificially influence outcomes, or any form of match-fixing on sports betting markets.
• Money laundering or using the 98pak platform to process, transfer, or obscure the origin of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes initiated with payment providers for deposits that were genuinely received and credited on 98pak.
• Creating multiple Accounts, using false identity information, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Any conduct intended to manipulate, defraud, or gain an unfair advantage over 98pak or other players.

All content on the 98pak platform — including but not limited to the 98pak brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all related materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 98pak and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 98pak platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 98pak content without prior written permission.
• Use the 98pak brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by 98pak without explicit authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 98pak software or game.
• Frame or mirror any 98pak content on any other website or digital platform.

98pak collects and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with the 98pak Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on 98pak, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities on 98pak include:

• Identity verification using CNIC and selfie photographs for KYC compliance.
• Transaction monitoring for anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory obligations.
• Behavioural analytics to identify responsible gaming concerns and provide appropriate interventions.
• Marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time via your Account settings.

Every 98pak Account includes the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect. Decreases are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per session, day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further gameplay is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Pre-set a maximum continuous gameplay duration. 98pak will display a warning and optionally log you out when your limit is reached.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — without committing to full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all 98pak Services for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the selected period and cannot be lifted at your request before expiry.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 98pak's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

98pak shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 98pak's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, payment gateway outages, third-party software failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, betting terms, or promotion conditions.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, statistics, or information displayed on the 98pak platform, which is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute advice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 98pak's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

98pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or collusion.
• Confirmed underage use of the platform.
• Conduct that, in 98pak's assessment, is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to other players or platform operations.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Where an Account is terminated by 98pak without Player fault, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method after deduction of any amounts owed to 98pak. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon Account termination.

Players may voluntarily close their 98pak Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's right to withdraw any verified real-money balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pak holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of 98pak Services, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 98pak support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial notification, either Party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under 98pak's licensing authority. 98pak's decisions regarding game outcomes and bet settlements — made following a good-faith review of relevant records — are final and binding unless overturned by the licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

98pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or SMS notification to the contact details held on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or structural reorganisation — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects when these Terms were most recently amended.

Your continued use of the 98pak platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account without penalty, with any verified real-money balance returned to you.
